SHIPPING
We offer free domestic shipping to the USA on orders over $50 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
We offer free delivery or shipping in the Miami Dade area, with no minimum required.
Also, there is a possibility of Pickup at our delivery center in Miami (zipcode: 33156).
CALCULATIONS
We offer a flat rate shipping of US$4. We currently ship with USPS.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
FRAUDULENT CHARGES
Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.
DAMAGES
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are helpful.

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
RETURNS
At Nanita Organics we are fully committed to our customer’s satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at [email protected]. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
